Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university


Experience: No experience


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Community health clinic or centre


Specific Skills: Lift, turn or massage patients, Supervise patients' exercise routines, Bathe, dress and groom patients, Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher, Answer call signals


Additional Skills: Supply and empty bed pans, Serve meal trays and feed patients, Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens, Make beds and maintain patients' rooms, Maintain inventory of supplies


Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
